Borås Segelflygklubb (Borås Gliding Club) was established in the early post-war years. It is one of Sweden’s most active and respected gliding clubs. Located near Borås in western Sweden, the club has a long tradition of promoting the sport of soaring and developing skilled pilots. Over the decades, Borås Segelflygklubb has hosted numerous national and international competitions, including qualifying events for the FAI Sailplane Grand Prix.
